Customers please can you ensure that ALL of the people attending your party arrive at the Centre AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PARTY IS DUE TO COMMENCE. We are extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore any late arrivals may not be able to participate in the game session as we must keep to time to prevent delays for other customer’s parties. Please be aware refunds will not be given.

When you arrive you need to check in at mission control; every player must choose a game name before receiving a special access key. You will then be instructed to enter the airlock where you will have the game objectives and safety rules explained to you by a staff member. Once you have been briefed and kitted up its then time to enter the arena and let battle commence!

Our most popular package consists of two 20 minute game sessions of Laser Quest with a 20 minute drinks break in between. On completion of the second game you will be shown to the party area, where the children will be served Two large slices of pizza and an ice cream dessert.

If you have brought a cake, please give this to your Party Host on arrival, so we can put the candles in, light them and bring the cake to your table for you to serve after the candles are blown out! Please remember to bring candles and matches, but please do not bring any sparklers, sparkler candles, indoor fireworks, party poppers, banners, silly string or products that contain confetti or glitter as it is really difficult to clean up afterwards!

This package takes approximately 2 hours from your initial arrival time.

Our exclusive Birthday party package includes exclusive use of the Laser Quest arena and party zone. Please note this does not grant exclusive use of the venue. Other members of the public will have access to the waiting areas and toilet facilities.

For non-exclusive Birthday party packages, please be aware that your party may be playing with other groups/players of mixed ages and abilities.

Because of the nature of the game and the size of the equipment (depending on game type), Laser Quest is not deemed suitable for children under the age of 7. We also require players to be a minimum of 1.1m tall.

Each game session lasts 20 minutes, which includes a 5-minute briefing time.

Laser Quest is completely safe; players are briefed on the safety rules, and Laser Quest staff members are on hand to supervise the games. Any parents who are concerned about the safety are welcome to assist in supervising the game.

Booking is easy, simply click here and follow the online instructions or give us a call. A 20% deposit is required when booking. Players are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your game session is due to start.

We understand that organising a party can be stressful, so we try to be as flexible as possible. We recommend booking for what you think will be your maximum number of children and then keep us posted on any changes. We would ideally like final numbers at least  a week before the party, after which it is to the discretion of the manager if a refund will be offered.

You are welcome to leave your belongings in the briefing room whilst playing the game, however Laser Quest does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

We unfortuntately don’t have a viewing area.

Please observe the game’s safety rules outlined during the briefing. We advise dark, comfortable clothes and flat shoes with a sole that grips.

We request that players avoid wearing heeled or open-toe shoes and ensure that only flat shoes with a sole that grips are worn. Trainers, plimsolls and other similar footwear is recommended.

When visiting us you will find the closest car parking meters on both Laura Street, Foyle Street and Nile Street. Please allow ample time to park, if you miss your session a refund will not be offered.

After booking a confirmation pack is emailed out party invites are available for free pick up on-site.

We supply 2 slices of pizza OR 4x Nuggets and Chips and ice cream dessert for our Birthday Party packages and we also have a selection of confectionery and beverages for sale behind the counter.

All you need to bring is a cake and candles – we take care of the rest!
